Epilogue

At the funeral wake of Sticky, his friends gathered to say their last farewells, and talked about him.

Yvonne : He’s got quite a character, though siao siao (crazy) at times…
Tomato : A puzzling man, but treat friends truly…but thinks too much, and long winded
Lilliane : He’s quite something with his crazy remarks…
Eve: The poems he wrote are ok ok…
Purple gal :He’s cool when writing, and honest to admit that he’s hamsap…
Michelle : He still owes me some $$...that lazy bum…
And started to bang on the coffin, prior to it being cremated.

The epilogue written by Sticky hung at both sides of the coffin :

In the horizon,
The road stretches forlornly ahead.
Looking back, there’s only you standing alone,
With unforgettable memories.
Not knowing when I’ll return,
Night rains had flooded the autumn pond.
Pluck the flowers when its blossoming,
Else you’ll be left with withered stalks.
(The last 4 verses are copied from Tang dynasty poems :P)

独行路上无故人,
天苍苍, 地茫茫。
回首唯见君孤立,
忘不了,这段情。
君问归期未有期,
巴山夜雨涨秋池。
花开堪折直须折,
莫待无花空折枝。

Life and death is but a dream,
Please don’t shed any tears of sorrows.
Striving on to seek the truth,
I wish you happy and healthy always.

生老病死乃无常,
劝君莫洒伤心泪。
护法艰任来世继,
愿君健康并快乐!

As they filed out of the crematorium, Lilliane cant help but wonder who sent those golden yellow birds of paradise? And how come the coffin sounded hollow inside when it was being banged?

To be continued (?)….no ideas liao….kekeke.. :P maybe i shud switch to writing kung fu stories (:p), or even stop writing (?), hehe...

Thanks for the feedbacks, and hope you all enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed writing them ;-D
